Do I need to connect my Airbnb account or PMS?
No. The report is built entirely from public listing data — yours and your competitors'. You paste a URL; that's the whole setup.
Are the revenue estimates exact?
No tool that works from public data can promise exact numbers, and we won't pretend otherwise. Estimates are directional — built to rank your fixes by impact, not to replace your bookkeeping.
What if the report doesn't find anything useful?
If your report comes back without at least three concrete, actionable findings, we refund it. A diagnostic that finds nothing shouldn't cost anything.
